Use this guide along with your product questionnaire for an easy, step by step, walk through of how to get your images from design onto your wall! On this page you'll find how to design and finalize your album, how to choose the images and medium for your wall art and gift prints. Then, if your package has parent albums, we'll walk you through choosing the spreads for them. Use your product questionnaire to send and approve your product material choices!

Step 1: Design Your album

We are so happy you have decided to invest in an album to celebrate your wedding day! In order to make the album design process as easy as possible, our team has pre-designed a 30 spread album as your first proof! You can find your first proof in the very important email you received from Dee and Kris after your reveal.

When you first open your design proof, you'll have one image. This is where your cover image will be displayed. All initial design proofs include a cover image for an acrylic cover. If you decide you'd prefer the traditional full leather look, we will remove the cover for your second proof.

Make changes using your pass gallery image number

Your design proof is a live site, so it's super easy to tell us which image you want in your album. Simply locate an image in your Pass Gallery, copy the image number and paste it into the design proof over the image you want to change!

When you finish making changes, hit the SEND button at the top or if you don't need to make any more changes, you'll see an APPROVE option. Once you approve the album we can send it to print.

What is a spread?

We always refer to your album in terms of spreads. A spread is the full layout when you open you album. Both left and right sides, with a faint seam down the middle.

One of my images cross the center seam, is that okay?

The center seam of your album has two faint lines that run through an image in the middle, with minimal interruption. It is completely up to you if you want that or not. Often we design with an image crossing the center seam in order to make all the images as big as possible. However, we do not recommend putting an image with someone's face in the center.

Step 2: Locate your questionnaire

When it comes to placing your order, we have a lot of questions. What cover material do you want? What material do you want your wall art printed? Where would you like us to ship your order? The best and easiest way to send us these choices is in our good-ole questionnaire.

Where can I find my product questionnaire?

There are two places you can find this questionnaire, first check your email for the most recent email from us. It's appropriately titled "It's Design Time! Everything you need to finalize your wedding product package!"

Second, if you can't find the email head over to your Sprout Log In HERE. You're already familiar with your sprout account, so you can find the product questionnaire right on the home page! And, Look! You can find your design proof here too!

Step 3: choose your cover material

You'll notice on the product questionnaire, you get to choose your cover material! You wedding album was printed in New York and offer a variety of cover options, from leather to linen and some really pretty silk options. In your questionnaire, please specify one of the options below for your wedding album cover.

Step 4: choose your wall art images

Once you've finished designing your album it's time to choose the images you want to print as your wall art and gift prints! The easiest and most reliable way for you to tell us which images you want for your prints is simply through your PASS gallery. When our team is ready for your images choices, you'll receive an "Image Selection" email. Open this email and you'll notice you now have the option to "Flag" images. You can check which images you want for each product in your order. After you make your selections, hit the flag at the top, select the category you are finished with, and hit "Send to Photographer."

We do not recommend printing a 30x40" in a frame, therefore we offer the option to split the large wall art into two 16x24s."

Step 6: Choose parent album materials

Your parent albums include the option of an image in-lay or text on the cover. Please specify which image or writing you want on each album. Lastly, choose the album material and color you'd like for each album.

In your product questionnaire, please tell us which 10 spreads from your original wedding album that you wish to print for your parent albums. You can locate the spread numbers at the bottom of your design proof.

Absolutely! Most of our packages include an album with 30 spreads, but if you'd like to max out your album, you can purchase an additional 5 spreads. Please contact a member of our team for pricing.

You should have received a product questionnaire together with access to this page. Please submit all product choices through the questionnaire. You have two lines of text available for your cover, 25 characters each. We have seen couples choose to write "Our Wedding," "His Name & Her Name | Wedding Date," or "Mr. and Mrs. Surname"

Sure! If you parents do not want to create a traditional parent album with spreads from yours, they definitely can choose to purchase a custom parent album package. We recommend parents who want a custom album favorite the images in your gallery (logged in as themselves) so we can create an album based on exactly what they want.

Parent albums can also hold up to 35 spreads, which means if your parent wants a mini replicate of your whole wedding album they can upgrade as well! Please contact a member of our team for parent album spread pricing.
